Nice room/bathroom, small, but to be expected for NYC. Staff very friendly & helpful. Only real complaint was slow elevators. Took the stairs often but were only on 5th Continental breakfast, nice room/bathroom, internet, and friendly staff. Wait for elevators, street outside hotel not the best. customer rating 5 out of 5 Nice, clean, room. Good for one. Working heat and shower and TV. As stated, friendly, helpful staff. Thanks!
