Customer Reviews for Embassy Suites Hotel New York New Yorkcustomer rating 5 out of 5 From the time that we arrived, until the moment that we left, we were treated to the most wonderful hotel experience that we have ever had. We arrived two hours before check in and they let us check in any way. When we got to our room (which they gave us a free upgrade to a harbor view room) we were welcomed by name on the TV screens. The suite was beautiful! Very nice sitting area with a desk, TV and sofa. The bar was well stocked (at a cost) and the room amenities were wonderful! Huge walk in shower with two shower heads. My wife loved all of the provided soaps and such. The bed was very comfortable with easy access to the lighting controls from either side of the bed and also through the TV. The common areas of the hotel were done in real wood accents just about everywhere. It was very beautiful. The restaurant provided a very good breakfast ( the only meal we ate in the hotel ) and they took care of my wife's food allergy needs. All of the staff was very friendly and helpful! This was the best hotel experience that we have ever had. They far exceeded our expectations! Internet connectivity for most of our stay.
