Elevators were slow. Some of them didn't even seem to work. When I mean slow I mean one time it took about 5-10 minutes get to the room. Also the doors either closed too quickly (they closed on me once and other hotel guests multiple times) or took 2-3 minutes to close. Also when we first went up to our room our phone did not work. They fixed it by the time we got back to the hotel. Free Neutrogena Bars in the room. Does not have wifi through the property, like it says in the description.
