I had to go downstairs every time I needed to throw something out. With no fridges in the rooms, we had stuff to throw out every night. I had to go all the way downstairs. It is clean and friendly. Very small, butI expected that. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The door to the first room assign rd to me was open when I went to the room for the first time. The reception man promptly gave me another room. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Fabulous location - everything else about it is slightly less than mediocre. I am very glad I got the room as cheap as I did; it is not worth a penny more than I paid. The front desk associate Susanna was wonderful. Rooms are tiny the bathroom is very uncomfortable, It was actually difficult to use the toilet.
