Not one thing! customer rating 0.5 out of 5 The staff qt the Bryant Park are rude and unhelpful. I stayed for two weeks prior to my wedding and had around 20 family members and friends staring with me. I had my clean wedding dress steamed by the hotel which was clearly done without fresh water and it was returned to me smelling absolutely disgusting. The hotel manager then refused my request to have it sent out for dry cleaning accusing me of giving them a dirty dress in the first place, blaming the problem on them and trying to get free dry-cleaning from the hotel! He also informed me that they are a "fashion hotel" and have "important clients". Clearly I, whose family and friends are bringing them around $30,000 in revenue, do not qualify as an "important client". The ridiculous argument that escalated in the lobby of the hotel over my ruined wedding dress one day before my wedding and their absolute refusal to help me, their rudeness and aggression led to my fiancé and I being evicted!The manager's name is Darren. He is a terrible representative of. New York City, a place I called home for many years. I have never had a worse customer experience in my life. Would of liked to utilize room service and the mini bar, but the prices were outrageous. Great location only one block from Broadway and Times Square, very clean, very friendly staff, bathroom was great. Room service and mini bar items were very expensive.
