The maid service was not thorough. For the price its more like a hostel or a bed and breakfast than a hotel. Mostly its overpriced. Very large rooms for NYC. Comfortable, fridge in room with complementary water. TV in room. All staff member where delightful. Enjoyed staying at a hotel with its unique 1930's style rather than a Hilton, Marriott etc. Just make sure you ask for
