Bathroom needed better cleaning. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 The hotel decor was upscale and visually appealing. The staff in the lobby were not helpful and the door person rarely opened the door for patrons regardless of the amount of luggage they were carrying. The room/linens were clean and towels were changed daily. Friendly/easy to approach housekeeping staff. The bathroom was not functional in terms of space and there were major plumbing issues (i.e tub did not drain, sink pop-up was non functional). customer rating 5 out of 5 Great location, near theaters, was upgraded to a room w/balcony.
