Customer Reviews for Bentley Hotel New Yorkcustomer rating 3 out of 5 I enjoyed mt stay and would recommend the hotel to family and friends. The rooftop restaurant is a big miss. The decor and ambiance is nice but having one staff person to host, bartender and serve is ridiculous. Totally not set up for success and made the overall experience awful. Hire more staff for your restaurant and you will have a jewel. Modern chic nice room and overall decor in the hotel. Poor service in the restaurant. Beautiful decor but 1 staff member was the host, bartender and waiter. customer rating 5 out of 5 From the hotel door to my room door staff was friendly and helpful,very clean,all services were working,i traveled with my wife and my two children and we all enjoyed our stay at the Bentley! will sure recommend it and when ever we have the chance will for sure stay at the Bentley or any of their other hotels! The room was very spacious and the view from our 15th floor suite to Roosevelt Island and Long Island City/Queens was spectacular. The hotel staff were very accommodating and extra friendly. I really loved this hotel and would definitely stay here again, especially considering the NY hotel horror stories I hear. Definitely worth the extra buck for the experience! The hotel was an abundance of beauty. The neighborhood and surrounding area was just as gorgeous. The hotel was a bit of a walk to the nearest subway/train station, which wouldn't have been a problem if the weather was warmer.
