Check in process very easy and exceptional service. Exceptional staff and service. No complaints. customer rating 5 out of 5 Hotel staff was quite knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodating. The hotel offers a few perks, such as complementary soda in your room and cold water and snacks in the lobby. Hotel was clean and very safe. This hotel was very trendy, clean, and modern feeling. Rooms were great, staff A+. Was not a fan of the feather pillows...too soft. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 The best thing about this lovely hotel, was my "host", whose name was Chaz. He was above and beyond what was expected. He made my stay wonderful. The only bad thing I could say was the location. Its kind of far from Midtown. But the hotel in itself was great.
