Comfortable bed, lovely linens and quiet neighborhood. Halls need updating look tired. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Needs some updating esp in the bathroom and kitchen as stated above. On the shabby side there. Our deadbolt lock on the door did not seem to work and the hotel did not repair it when we told them. Nice to have two rooms and kitchen to make meals in, but there weren't enough chairs for all of us to sit down to eat. Could use a chair or two and side table in the bedroom. The housekeeping staff came quickly enough with towels and blankets. Friendly desk staff. Complementary coffee and tea in the lobby. One bedroom suites with kitchen. On the shabby side. Mold in the bathroom caulk & kitchen cabinets that did not work properly, not clean,dishwasher fell out of its hole-not bolted in. customer rating 5 out of 5 Great from beginning to end. All front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Bellhop wonderful name Kris. room very spacious. Very quiet hotel. Great kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of amenities. great location. Water shut off during day but extended into early evening which was inconvenient.
