Everything. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 Disappointed with the staff at this Days Inn (which is a shame as most in this chain are very good). We won this hotel and I emailed in advance to request a room with two beds, with no reply. Upon arrival, they confirmed there were rooms with two beds available but we would have to pay an additional $75 if we wanted one (we were male friends so we had no choice but to do this). The receptionist claimed "Priceline only gives you the cheapest room" but this isn't true since every other US hotel I've requested two beds in has happily given us that room. Fair enough if there were no rooms of that type left but there were, and they just wanted the extra cash. 5 minutes to two Subway stations, each 10-15mins to Manhattan. Staff seemed to be out to get more money out of everyone.
