The breakfast area had enough goodies to satisfy any morning appetite. The staff was friendly and the hotel is very close to JFK. I didn't walk around the area so not sure how it was but this hotel was next to two similar hotels on a narrow street that was well lit. The hotel van picks up at Federal circle off the airport but a short, free ride on the Air train. The ride back to the airport only leaves on the half hour so if you miss it your going to be there an hour later. Very unusual for the hotel being so close to the airport. Clean, close to airport, free breakfast is great. Convenient and easy. Nice staff. Room was very small.
