It was a place to stay the night. My son wanted to swim, but the pool was outside and closed. No little store in hotel to get aspirin, toothpaste, shaving cream, or post cards. Place was a mess the next morning beer cups, cans, bottles, trash, food, junk all over lobby area. Was told by 2 different desk people that continental breakfast was at 6:30AM, got up early to get on road with son early. Stopped down to continental breakfast and no one was there. Sat for 15 minutes then spoke to 3rd desk person who confirmed breakfast was at 6:30 am. Sat another 15 minutes and then at 7am some cold items came out. Could not wait any longer and left. Easy to find location. The woman at the front counter had no idea what she was doing or talking about. Not trained. customer rating 5 out of 5 Front desk reception were very warm and friendly upon our arrival. NA customer rating 4 out of 5 The staff was great, hotel very clean despite being dated. The people were great - Restaurant dinner was very good. Dated rooms - need more help in restaurant.
