The room smelled so bad we had to check out within a few hours (several of which we spent elsewhere) even air freshener didn't work to mask the smell. Nothing! The room appeared to be clean but was so smelly that we had to purchase air freshener - which didn't work! customer rating 1.4 out of 5 If you don't mind staying in a hotel that is under police surveillance 24/7. This is the place for you. Absolutely nothing. Couldn't sleep under the sheets. Hair in the bed. Asked for a wake-up call. Didn't get it. No clock. No phone. Only 2 lights worked. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 There was no hot water all morning & the coffee was nasty. There were no hairdryers either. This was the worse hotel experience I have ever crossed. To top it off my questions and complaints were disregarded by the front desk due to lack of the English language. The bathrooms looked like there was fecal matter on the bottom of the sink & toilet. Very unsanitary. The hotel itself was easy to find & good coffee was just across the street (thank God)! The hotel had an awful odor in the rooms & the coffee was nasty. There were no hair dryers in the rooms & only a few had microwaves & fridges.
