Thank you for a pleasant stay. The staff was very helpful and friendly, every request was answered in a timely manner. this hotel gets 4 stars . Everything was great even the food i have no complaints. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 They have a sign on the room that reads hospitality guaranty, but when<BR/>I approached the manager she could not make any decision without having more info. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 There were no rooms available. The hotel gave me a room that was being serviced since they could not refund my money or provide me a discount. The room had a malfunctioning shower and a non-functioning AC/Heat unit. It had a bed. Ugh.
