Nothing customer rating 2 out of 5 Other than the horrible mattress, the hotel was okay. It was the mushiest mattress we have ever been on. Perhaps other rooms were better. It was too late for us to try and change rooms. Location is very convenient to shopping and airport. Proximity to Syracuse Airport.
