I asked for anything to help with the smoke smell and got an ozone machine which did nothing for us. I then asked for an air spray to be used Convenient to the school we were visiting and to Coney Island and to Brooklyn Bridge area. Getting a smoking room when non-smoking was specifically ordered. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 First of all, I phoned in advance to request a room with 2 beds and they said they would take care of it. Yet, when I arrived, they told me they didn't receive that request and they charged me an extra $30. I asked for a late checkout, they said y I liked the dining nearby. Rude staff, strange way of placing hotel key in wall to receive electricity to the room, the location was so far from the city. customer rating 1 out of 5 This room is very far from Manhattan & Downtown & Airports It was clean. The manager charged me $20 for a roll out when they could just gave me a double from the start.
