Customer Reviews for Best Western Crown Inn Bataviacustomer rating 2 out of 5 There were stains on my bedspread and carpet, the toilet smelled dirty and the pool was fairly grimy. The entire "non smoking" hallway was thick with all the smoke pouring from "non smoking" rooms. It was near a shopping center and close to the highway. Dirty. customer rating 5 out of 5 Nothing fancy, but great value for the money. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff. No washer and dryer on site. customer rating 2 out of 5 The room shook so bad you could not even sit on the toilet without vibration. Requested new room which was provided but staff not very happy. Also requested King size beds and were told none available but the hotel was no where full. Location Feltthey treated us less friendly.
