The front office staff was extremely friendly (Matt I think his name was). Poor service at hotel bar. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 If given the choice I would not stay at this hotel again due to the lack of customer service from the staff. As usual, the Priceline room is the worst in the house we saw many other much nicer room. The interior of the hotel was extremely hot & humid and effected my breathing. Should be better regulated. Location. The staff was very rude. If they accept sports teams then they need to be polite and not hostile. customer rating 4 out of 5 Best place to stay in Auburn, NY. Friendly staff that were very willing to respond to our complaint and did everything they could to satisfy us. The non-smoking room smelled of smoke, but they corrected this and offered complimentary breakfast. They were great.
