Worse pillows I ever slept with. Stairway and hall smelled of cigarette smoke. customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Staff was very nice. Was given a full size bed when my reservations said a queen! customer rating 2 out of 5 Would never recommend. Will not stay again. Likely not to stay at a Days Inn ever. I work in the industry and can say if your staff isn't knowledgeable, your business won't retain business. In the morning, the person we asked from something was nice. Old brochures in rooms, can hear everything in hall, room was next to ice maker and loud. Staff acknowledgeable about area.
