Shower hard to operate. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Over all the hotel was nice. The workers were polite, the room was clean, beds were clean. The pool area was very cold as well as the water, so there was no swimming. The beds ended up making my back really hurt and there were also other peoples clothes in the shelves. The room was nice and clean. The pool was very cold and there where clothes left in the room. customer rating 3 out of 5 It was a nice hotel, but they were not prepared for Spring Break crowd. The staff all seemed new. The 1st day at breakfast, No one was working the breakfast area due to someone calling in but no one came to check and they couldn't keep up. The washer and dryer did not work but there was no sign to say that it was out of order. No extra oots or blankets. Staff seemed to be new due to not knowing what was going on. I was disappointed with some of the experience of this one hotel, not in Best Western in general. It was clean. Staff very disorganized. they were not prepared for spring break crowd.
