Customer Reviews for Best Western Pine Springs Inn Ruidosocustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 Staff was very friendly. Heated pool was very nice unfortunately jacuzzi was out of order. Beds were cozy. Great place for dogs; my son chased them around the courtyard. Courtyard has tables, bench swing and patio with fire pit. Hotel serves cocoa, cappuccino and juices all day. It was a great stay and very affordable! Courtyard is very comforting and relaxing, great scenery, great continental breakfast. Water pressure was very low. customer rating 5 out of 5 I loved that we were surrounded by Forrest out was beautiful. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very good stay overall. Exceptional staff; we will probably stay again. Very nice staff. The folks in the room next door were extremely noisy in the early morning hours.
