Customer Reviews for Days Inn Roswell Roswellcustomer rating 4.5 out of 5 This hotel was fine. Bu,I stayed in Albuquerque at the Park Radisson Hotels on 2/18/12 and myself and grandson had a room. We both had our debit card swiped and the money was not returned to my acct until 3 weeks later after aurging with the staff that my bank was responsible when in fact the hotel swiped my cards, not my bank. (My grandson and I are on the same account) One amount was returned to my account for $38.42, I still have not received the second refund. I realize it is not your responsibility, but many people have they done this to that don't realize it is going on. Everything was fine. Nothing. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 I was in town to visit NMMI with my daughter and the motel was very convenient for our one night stay. The room, bathroom, towels and sheets were clean but not fancy. It looked like the room had been remodeled fairly recently. The price was fair for the motel, but not a bargain. There were plenty of restaurants within short walking distance, and of course NMMI is just across the street. Very close to NMMI, clean, recently remodeled, friendly staff, decent motel for the price. customer rating 5 out of 5 The staff was friendly -- though many had limited English speaking ability. I was not looking for a resort -- just a place to shower and sleep. All was quiet when I was there, but like most rural locations, it's early to bed and early to rise. It's location for my outdoor excursions was perfect. It was well lighted and safe. The staff was friendly. No elevator! I had some heavy equipment to take into my second floor room at night.
