You can hear everything from the room, even the cars driving by. It's a cheap party place for younger kids as when we stayed the neighboring rooms had people running and yelling loudly into the early morning hours! The motel parking area was well lighted and the motel is very clean inside and out. The hot breakfast was not very tasty and the dining room was really tiny with only room for about 20 people to sit down and eat.
