The customer service was non- existent. Their lack of ability to comprehend basic customer desires - a new light bulb, a stopped up toilet, basic room upkeep and maintenance, cleanliness, request for an extra few towels. And when any of these concerns were brought up they were met with an argumentative and aggressively obnoxious desk staff. We were not permanent guests!! customer rating 1.5 out of 5 Much older hotel in need of repairs. Would not stay there again. Smelled clean but was so old, perhaps a major remodel or demolition would help. The bathroom was frightful. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 I would never stay near/at this hotel again. We went to our room which the tub was dirty. Drunk people in parking lot and in a horrible location. Nothing Room was dirty, horrible location, staff rude.
