I could see outside at the bottom of the door. Found bugs in the bathroom. Carpeting was old and worn. Convenience. Bugs in the bathroom. No TV menu. Recently remodeled, nicely. Clean room, and good location. No vent in bathroom. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Generally, a fine basic motel. We only stayed one night for a visit to Carlsbad Caverns. Staff was pleasant, and room was comfortable.
I requested a wake-up call at 6:30 am. Phone rang once at midnight but never in the morning. Food at breakfast buffet was cold.
