Bedroom was clean, However, it had a very strong odor. Beds were comfortable, and wake up call was on time. The Heater/Cooler did not work well....on heat it smelled like something was burning, and without it the room was either to cold or too hot. Breakfast was disappointing, no sausage/bacon as told by staff, and eggs were processed and were very nasty tasting. The swimming pool was cloudy and smelled like they had poured way to many chemicals in it. Go under water and when you came out when wiping off (closed) eyes you felt as if you burned them (you did not dare open your eyes under the water). And as for the towels offered to the swimmers they were basically hand towels – not appropriate size for swimmers we could not even wrap our heads with it completely. Upon first impression the jacuzzi was nice -- However that was until it shut off.... And we could see how unclean it really was disgusting, doesn't say enough about it. Bad! And it had hair balls floating around in it as well. The room was nice and was clean. Overall for me it was nice for an overnight stay. I liked the overall look of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. We have stayed at a lot of hotel and normally the food at breakfast is just horrible, theirs was actually pretty good. The beds were very comfortable. I had reservations for three room and at the last minute decided I needed two adjoining rooms. I di The complimentary breakfast was actually very good and the beds were the most comfortable I've ever slept in at a hotel. The staff was friendly but easily confused.
