Bathroom was filthy and no housekeeping all weekend. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Our visit was great but like I said in the above question there was a banging in our a/c that kept me awake at night and on Sunday night when we can in I founds long black hairs on my bed. And in the restaurant we ate there on Friday night and the waitress charged my daughter to much on her debit card and we tried to get it straight before we left and could not because they said the manager would not be in until the next day. We left early that morning. She had a hard time ringing it up and when she brought the ticket to the table she told us she could not get the ticket for us to sign. We trusted her so we left. The next day my daughter checked her account and found there was a charged from her checking account for 33.00 instead of 18.00. I did not appreciate how they handle it for her. Also I don't think that they did us right also because we booked the rooms when they had a pay for 2 nights get the 3rd night free. When I ask them about it they said that the promotion went off on March 31 Our last night was April 1st. they n told us we could not get the free night because it ended on March 31. In the promotion it did not say we could not use our night later than the 31st. I really think they owe me that night. That really put a bad taste in my mouth. I probably wasn't stay with then again. There was banging noise in our air cond that kept us awake at night. customer rating 3 out of 5 Kind of mediocre. Rooms are okay, facilities or fair. Decor is nothing terribly nice. Staff not real friendly. No satellite TV, no glass cups in rooms; the types of things I would expect were not here. Rooms are good size. No satellite TV and very awkward to get to hotel.
