The pool was warm and clean. The gym was well equipped. Located nearby to all restaurants and not too far from Pocono Pennsylvania. The hotel design is awesome. Big, clean and comfy rooms! While there were renovations, the noise wasn't so bad, work doesn't start after 9am. Include the Internet fees into the room rental!The pillows for free wifi Internet services! customer rating 5 out of 5 The Sheraton Parsippany Hotel was gorgeous from the outside. I drove up and it was huge (all brick). Inside I was met by friendly staff who gave me a upgraded view of the pool ( instead of parking lot ). The Business Center (computers) was very easy and great to use. Never could get coffee in the room. Asked several times per day. We were thankful we brought our own small packets. customer rating 4 out of 5 Love priceline.com...hotel was beautiful huge and roomy, only stayed one night but was disappointed with the bathroom small cramped and water in the shower never got hot enough. Asked for extra towels before dinner and came back to my room late they never came. Staff however was friendly.
