Customer Reviews for Days Hotel Newark Airport Newarkcustomer rating 2 out of 5 The restaurant was absolutely awful and slow as heck. When we finally did get our burgers (30 minutes later) they were overcooked,dry, and not cooked to what we asked for. The waitress ended up giving us 2 orders of chicken wings to go which was very nice of her. We went back for dinner and had the pizza which was terrible. The dough was a conveniently, already shaped dough that tasted like it was frozen and defrosted. We didn't eat it and had them take it off our final check. We didn't have a car so we had no choice but to eat there. Even though we were only staying for one night, it was the worst stay ever. They need to have more amenities and a friendlier staff. The room was comfortable. That's about it. They didn't give us any information about what to do while we were there. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall, it is good.
