Customer Reviews for Sheraton Mahwah Mahwahcustomer rating 0.5 out of 5 One of the worst experiences in business travel - lazy staff, no help at all except to tell you how to do things yourself...like come to the lobby and get wheel the luggage cart (that has broken wheels) yourself even though I am disabled. The woman in the next room had some sort of break down and it took many calls to the desk to get security to assist her. Nothing Listless staff - with a help yourself attitude - to the point where the bell captain watched me put my bags in my car - never offered to help! customer rating 0.5 out of 5 1st night problem with kitchen. No hot food available for dinner. Day 2 Electrical problems. Morning of Day 3 no water in AM to shower. Had to wait. Boiler problems.
