The hotel was clean and tidy. I checked in a little after 12:30 pm and was given a key to a room. The door was ajar when I arrived. A maintenance person in the room said the room would not be ready for me. He went to the lobby and retrieved a key to another room. As I headed to this second room the key did not work and I heard conversation inside. I attributed this to a television left on. I went to the lobby myself and found the same staff person (maintenance) at the counter. He returned with me to the room and determined it was not indeed vacant! He went back to the lobby and brought me a new key for a third room. This room was fine. Clean room with MSNBC available on the TV. The room I was given a key to was being worked on. Given 2nd key (room in use!). 3rd worked! customer rating 5 out of 5 This was a very basic, but very clean hotel. It was comfortable and met my needs just fine. It is very conveniently located. I appreciated that the WiFi was free.
