Towels were poor quality. customer rating 4 out of 5 Restroom was not clean, during my shower, found hair in tub and on floor. customer rating 4 out of 5 We arrived after a long flight at 11:30 at night. Check in was smooth and the room was very nice. Even if we hadn't been extremely tired, we would have loved the bed and linens. It was 5 star quality. The next morning we went down for breakfast at the Very nice room and the bed was particularly nice with excellent linens. We thought the food was overpriced and not anything above ordinary.
