Did not give new towels. customer rating 1 out of 5 Very dirty and non existent service and breakfast. Nothing. Everything. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The lobby was fine from what I could tell. The room was a handyman fixer upper. The chest of drawers that the television sat on had it's top drawer shut with duct tape! The bathroom was in need of a major update. The trim and caulking etc was in poor I liked that the room had a refrigerator and microwave. This was convenient and met my needs. They advertised free WiFi, provide a number of some sort when you check in, but are of no help when you try to use it! It was very frustrating!
