Overall, the hotel was OK, but I wouldn't chance going there again. Getting to my west wing room on the first floor from the lobby required me to go to the second floor, walk to the end of a corridor and take the elevator down. The heater was ann Noisy heater and bathroom fan. customer rating 5 out of 5 Everything was very pleasant, clean and top quality. Employees are well trained and helpful. The employees and overall cleanliness are outstanding, as are the linens, beds and morning coffee. Some that would be considered upscale and some not so upscale. By far your Doubletree was the best hotel for the money and value.
