Very clean, neat rooms with friendly staff members. We traveled with 3 adults and an infant and never had a problem. Would stay there again! :) Very clean, nice staff, has shuttle. Location was hard to find. GPS didn't pick it up- paid unnecessary tolls :(. customer rating 2 out of 5 This hotel is not a 3.5 star hotel. The front desk was very slow to respond to request. The public areas looked old and needed repair. The view from my hotel was lovely. The pool and hot tub was unkept. All staff that I encountered was very friendly and helpful. Having a Starbucks onsite was a big plus. Great place to stay! Overall, it was nice and clean - the staff was very friendly. Well worth it. I was stuck with a king size bed but 4 people in the room - a little inconvenient.
