Quiet stay. Flat screen TVs that actually have had channels. Comfy beds. Quick freeway access. Parking costs $8/day. No free parking in Ãrea. Internet also costs about 9/day unless you access from lobby. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Overall a nice hotel in prime business center of the area. Hotel offers many amenities. Room was spacious and clean. Other than a good bed and a flat screenTV no difference to a comparable 3 star room. Poor parking layout. Two days had difficulty getting in parking lot with room key, it was not reading it. If you arrive late in evening there is limited parking as the rest of the levels are closed. Leaving you in an inconvenient walking distance to the hotel walkway, specially if you have luggage. You must walk a narrow curved stairway, again difficult with light luggage. Exiting early morning is also a fiasco. I and a group of people were following each other in circle trying to find the exit. Poor layout. Inadequate signs. On top of this you must pay for parking. This is not a limited parking area, NYC is about 30 miles away, no reason to charge parking for hotel guests. My room key would also not work 2 times. No free Internet. Shocker considering inferior properties in the area offer for free. This and parking was not disclosed when reserving. Above all though, the property is nice, and the nice lady at the desk was very pleasant and helpful. Great value for the price obtained through Priceline. Attractive, amenity full hotel. The only negative was the parking but overall I highly recommend it. It was clean, had nice beds and a friendly staff. It's $8/day to park but you need your room key to get out w/out paying again, being I checked out I didn't have key anymore. Need a better system.
