Ice machine was broke and the room had its window open all night till we heard noises that woke us up to shut it. TV remote was missing so we had to go to the front desk to get a new one I'm surprised they even had another one. The ice machine was broke so we had to go to the nearest gas station to buy a bag of ice. Got no new towels or wash cloths or had our bed made on our second day there. Leaving.
