Ran out of towels at the pool. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It's clean and comfortable, and good location. Nothing customer rating 4 out of 5 I would not consider this a 3 star hotel. The elevator had problems getting stuck. The lobby was nice, neat and the reception was friendly. We did lack some things in the bathroom which we had to go down to the desk later. It was convenient for meals, as we did not want to go out after traveling and standing on our feet for 7 hrs. It was convenient to where we needed to go to the home show, It did have the options ie pool, workout room etc even if not used.
