Room was a little rough around the edges, but everything was clean and worked properly. customer rating 4 out of 5 Other then the alarm clock being broken, and no batteries in the T.V. remote it was a descent hotel for the price. Close to the freeway. Alarm clock was broke, no battery in the t.v remote. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Friendly staff that spoke clear English. Very accommodating to our requests. I would most definitely stay there again after my experience for my 2 nights stay. Easy FWY access and walking distance to Downtown Reno. They ran out of continental breakfast by the time we made it down stairs at 9:30.
