Customer Reviews for Best Western Airport Plaza Reno Renocustomer rating 5 out of 5 We arrived around 9 p.m. Monday evening. Thanks to our GPS, it was easy to find. The front desk area looked good and was very helpful and professional. He told us about their breakfast special of $3.95 each. We had a super breakfast the next morning! Our room was and it was easily accessed from the parking. The room was clean and provided all we needed. One small thing was that the shower head was a low (very low) flow and that was my only concern because it seemed hardly any water was coming out. I didn't have any real trouble with the shower. Staffat desk was professional/$3.95 breakfast was super! We liked it all. It served our needs. We've stayed at BW before and like the properties. customer rating 2.5 out of 5
This is a one to two star hotel at best! Freeway noise is horrible during rush hours and this is from a hotel at an airport! The outside grounds and surrounding area would not be acceptable to the homeless community. There was a cup of urine and cigarette butts in the parking lot that was there for the three days and two nights I was there. Parking for check-in, (I should say lack of) had cars parked every which direction and pinned my car and others in. Check-in was disorganized. The lobby restroom was filthy. The room itself was decent except that my toilet paper holder was broken off the wall and the roll was just stuck on the piece that war sticking out of the wall. Room were acceptable and clean. Freeway noise was horrible, surrounding grounds were bad. customer rating 3.5 out of 5 Room was clean, it had a microwave & mini fridge, beds were comfortable. Water smelled like chlorine, too much chlorine in the spa, no towels for the spa.
