The staff was very understanding and gracious in their support of our needs. My wife and I were very impressed with our stay. The breakfast was super good. Everything was fresh and tasty Very helpful and understanding staff. Nothing except that it would be perfect if located at VOF state park. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 I find the Best Western chain reliable in terms of room comfort and amenities.
There was no "noise protection" thin interior walls and gaps around room doors allowed a lot of noise to come from surrounding rooms.
