The rooms from bathroom, bedroom and sitting area was luxurious. Smoking in the casinos, flowed into common areas. customer rating 3.5 out of 5
The hotel was huge with its own shopping inside full of various types of restaurants of all kinds. Large casino gambling area. Lots to do close to mall across street also right on the strip a short walk to everything. Only bad experience was dirty room at check-in and poor hotel staff service. The weren't helpful nor knowledgeable most were immigrants that didn't seam to speak or want to speak English. Very large with a lot to offer by means of stores restaurants bars and gambling. The service was very poor and room wasn't clean expected more for the money. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 The bath towels were very hard and thin. It used to be a very classy hotel. Too many loud and drunk guests in the halls at 4 am.
