Tried to extra charge, claimed mandatory for pool and wifi (which I did not use). customer rating 1.5 out of 5 The entrance was hard to find since it was located in a casino. The fitness room was below average and you had to walk through the casino to get to it. There was a security system to enter the hotel from the casino but it was not in use. I would not stay here again. The rooms were quiet. It felt insecure. It was located next to the casino and the security systems were not in use. customer rating 1 out of 5 Had a bad experience from the get go. I booked the room from my cell phone, on the way there. It took 30 minutes, when I got there, for the hotel to even get my reservation. Don't know, but the front deskstaff was not at all accommodating. The buffet.
