Customer Reviews for Riviera Hotel And Casino Las Vegascustomer rating 1 out of 5 I found this hotel to be very dirty and outdated. Our pool didn't open until 9:00 am which was highly inconvenient. We were up at 7:00 am and didn't want to wait two hours in our room before showering for the day. Due to the time that the pool opened, we were never able to utilize it. Our safe was broken, and our bathroom had cabinets below the sink that didn't shut. The shower nozzle was falling off of the wall and our bathroom towels smelled of must. We went to bed at about 10:30 pm one night, and saw food trays on the floor of our neighbors door. The next day at 10:00 am when we went to leave, those trays were still sitting out with flies on the trays. There was garbage on the hallway floors that sat there for over a day. I was not happy with our selection at all. Not worth the price! Hotel safe was broken, bathroom was dirty and had cabinets that didn't close. Shower nozel was falling off of wall. customer rating 2.5 out of 5 It is OK for a value good proximity to the Hilton. Room was not very modern. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Nice room and good food.
