When we attempted to check into the Plaza, which was the hotel that the reservation was made, we were told that it was closed, and then had to haul all of our luggage across t There was nothing we liked about the hotel. It was dirty, not the hotel we had a reservation for, there were no ice machines, and we never got a roll away bed that we were promised three times. customer rating 0.5 out of 5 Not one thing. Some might say that outdated rooms are dirty, but that was not the case here. Room was definitely old, but also clean. If you don't mind the bare minimum and you aren't a hotel snob, this place is just fine. That said, I would've preferre Friendly staff & good location. The room was dated & had an odor.
