Downside was the outrageous cost of items in room, and the fridge automatically charges when a drink is lifted out of it which is NOT handy when there are little kids who like to open the fridge and take things out. We accrued $325 in drink charges and didn't actually have a single drink from the fridge! Thankfully the Hotel must deal with that issue a lot because the were willing to take away the ridiculous charges. I was afraid to use the soap because I didn't know if I would be charged $10 for that! Even the room phone charges $1 for every phone call outside the hotel and an extra $35 to have a microwave or mini fridge in the room! Crazy fees! Big floor to ceiling room windows, and the Wave Pool. Extra high charges, crowded pool, no chairs available at the pool. Toptional area is next to kiddie pool. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very comfortable place. Nice lazy river and large wave machine at the pool. They just replaced the hall carpet and painted the walls so it was very fresh! Queen size beds are not Queen size.
