Staff was friendly, but I had to wait 1/2 to get checked in because they were in the middle of running a daily audit. Some kind of computer glitch that accepted my reservation but problematic when they were in the midst of their audit. customer rating 4.5 out of 5 Very friendly staff that was very helpful for our group. Bed was not real comfortable and kind of squeaky.
