No slot machines, no casino, no noise, no crowds, elegant, no overweight people in suspenders. We stayed here for 1 night as a treat for my 13 year old to stay in a nice hotel. We were expecting a nice place with exceptional amenities. The service at the hotel is good, but you pay for it with tipping, etc. We were considering using one of the 2 hot tubs which were heated, but were so dirty you wouldn't want to step foot in them. There was no sign saying the pool/hot tub area were closed either, (it was January, however still warm enough to hot tub). They were just so dirty you wouldn't want to used them. The hotel should either close the pool area all together and at least keep them clean looking in my opinion. In my opinion the Excalibur had bigger rooms and although the high end quality wasn't there it was fine for Vegas. I don't think the Four Seasons was worth the extra money we spent to stay there. Great service bonuses, like water on check-in, robes in room, and coffee bar in the morning. Pool/Hot tubs were dirty and uncared for even though filled & warm. customer rating 5 out of 5 Will and have been recommending this hotel. We loved the hotel! The service was absolutely impeccable. Job well done. Everyone you see is extremely friendly. The rooms need to be updated ASAP. Better TV's and better furniture.
