Had to pay upon arrival. customer rating 5 out of 5 The hotel,staff was very helpful and courteous. The buffet was excellent. However the domestic disturbance occurring at 4:50am the first morning outside in the hallway woke me up. There needs to be security checking the hallways and not just downstairs at certain times only. The fans in the rooms are noisy and loud. However the rooms were nice and clean. Housekeeping left 2 glasses on the floor outside my door the entire time of my stay which had been there when I arrived 4 days prior. Yet housekeeping was going room to room daily. Found this to be true on my floor. The location to Mandalay Bay. It has a nice selection of bars and restaurants inside it, along with access to the tram to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay and overhead walkway to New York New York. The rooms have been very nicely remodeled. The Lynard Skynard restaurant was terrible. Food made me ill. Service was awful.
